Hirotoshi Saitoh will visit Australia for 2 weeks in July, 2024. This very popular teacher has visited Australia many times since 1993, but not since 2014.
Sensei Saitoh is an authorised Nippon Bonsai Association Demonstrator. Hirotoshi Saitoh is well-know and popular in Australian bonsai circles. He is currently creating bonsai and has been teaching bonsai in Japan on a regular basis for many years.
He will be delivering a series of workshops and 2 demonstrations. Bookings have been very popular with most workshops sold out. There are a few observer places still available.

Demonstrations
The two demonstrations by Hirotoshi Saitoh will provide an opportunity, on the evening of July 4 and July 11, to see a popular Bonsai artist convert an aged bonsai into something new and spectacular. A modified design that takes the tree to a new artistic level.
The demonstrations are a great learning experience on what can be achieved by bringing out the best in a tree and concealing the less attractive elements. Mr Saitoh will be assisted by two of our most experienced bonsai growers. The team will provide an event not to be missed.

Venue
We have secured a wonderful venue for the events. Huntingdale Golf Club. The golf club setting is centrally located offering world class facilities for meetings and presentations with wonderful hospitality. Meals and beverages can be purchased from the Golf Club before the event.
