This workshop focuses on using carving tools safely and effectively while practising the techniques that create the aged, natural, time‑worn character we admire in quality bonsai. Participants will learn how to enhance deadwood features, refine texture, and bring out the expressive details that give a tree its unique story.

Whether you’re new to carving or looking to sharpen your skills, this session offers practical guidance, expert demonstrations, and plenty of opportunity to work on your own material under Scott’s direction.
